Rating Very disappointing! (Rating 2.6/5)
Not a great start. Despite an email confirming our booking front of house said they couldn’t see it.
I showed them our confirmation and we are eventually taken to the very top floor - big ideal as I have mobility issues.
Sad really as I had asked for a nice table on our booking as it was meant to be a celebration.
We were placed in the corner for a table for 2 that was so close to the other table for 2 we literally could have been with them. I felt very very uncomfortable as a result.
Our waiter kept on asking for our details for our orders over the stair banister as he barely could get in to reach our table, talking over the other 2 customers.
Our order for drinks took absolutely ages - eventually arriving as we were half way through our main courses, only arriving after reminding 3 different staff we were waiting on them. Which was not great!
The waiter who was assigned to us was barely communicating and when asked “where the drinks where ” only went and made a face! The only time he was polite to us was when we were leaving!
We didn’t leave a tip - something we would never ever do but felt that given the service it was necessary.
