Greens is a vegetarian restaurant in West Didsbury co owned by tv chef Simon Rimmer. With the ethos “It’s not your lifestyle, but your tastebuds we care about,” Greens aims to entice vegetarian and non vegetarians alike with their globally inspired imaginative dishes cooked using local produce. Examples may include the spinach, pistachio and feta filo pie with tomato and cinnamon sauce and roasted plum tomatoes or the Lancashire cheese and basil sausages with confit garlic mash, beer gravy and tomato chutney. The wine list is carefully selected by Simon himself.
