Reviews and Ratings

5pm source restaurant reviews directly from our users. Only users who have booked and then subsequently dined in a restaurant are able to rate their experience. This means that our reviews are honest and unbiased because we know that they have experienced what the restaurant has to offer.

Our users can also gain loyalty points from reviewing certain offers. Offers containing loyalty points are clearly marked on the offer page. Once a user has amassed a certain amount of points they can then exchange them for a wide variety of gift vouchers ranging from restaurant deals to beauty treatments.
